Barb Padilla

Barb graduated from Shenandoah High School in Iowa and received her BA from the University of Iowa. She obtained her Masters in Business Education from Peru State College in Peru, Nebraska. Barb came to IDEAL from Lewis Central High School in Council Bluffs, Iowa. She teaches Career Strategies (Job Seeking and Keeping Skills), Occupational Relations and monitors our Internships. Barb and husband, Steve, have one daughter.
