PHYSICAL EDUCATION CLASSES AT PJH

ATHLETIC PHYSICALS

Students participating in any sport/cheerleading at the Junior High must have a physical and a parental consent form signed by a parent. Students will not be allowed to participate in any sport/cheerleading without a physical and parental consent form. Ninth grade students will be issued a blue card from the athletic office upon receipt of both forms. You may obtain physicals from your private physicians.

ACTIVITY TICKETS

Activity tickets will be on sale at the Junior High. The activity ticket gives students free admission to all athletic events as well as a student discount at away high school events. With the cost of high school events the price of $25 is a bargain! Students may purchase activity tickets in the office.
