Math Olympiads is a national program open to fourth, fifth, and sixth graders. Allison Barnes and Meg Ross are the Math Olympiads' coaches. Students learn various problem solving strategies and techniques in practice sessions. They apply this knowledge when taking Math Olympiad tests (most of which have only five questions). Tests are administered monthly beginning in November and ending in March. Individual as well as school awards can be earned.
