SEX OFFENDERS REGISTRY
The Nebraska Sate Statute 29-4002 requires that sex offenders register with local law enforcement agencies.  This information is of public record and can be reviewed by visiting the Nebraska State Patrol's website and following these links::
· Go to www.nsp.state.ne.us
· From the menu on the left, select "Sex Offender Registry"
· From the menu that appears, click on "Community Notification."
· From the menu on the left, select "Search Sex Offenders."
· You may search our area by typing in either zip code, city, county, or a combination.
Sex offender registry information shall not be used to retaliate against the registrants, their family, and their employers in anyway.  Vandalism, verbal or written threats of harm are illegal and will result in prosecution.
